Step by step guide to use it:

Step 1: Go to Video Editor Hub:

First of all, open Tech Assistant for Blind app in your phone. After this, go to Video Editor Hub section among all the features. Here you will get video Blur editor feature, double tap on it.

Step 2: Select file:

Now click on Pick a video file button, and select the video from internal storage on which Blur effect is to be applied.

Step 3: Watch Video Preview

Once the video is selected, play the video from Play video option. If you want to reach the right place quickly: - Go back 5 seconds with the Rewind 5 seconds button. - Fast forward 5 seconds button to go forward 5 seconds.

Step 4: Set Start Marker

When the video reaches the place where you want to add the Blur effect, click the Set start marker to current playhead position button. If required, time can also be entered manually by tapping on Start Marker Time. Now play the video forward and when you reach where you want to end the blur effect, double tap the Set end marker to current playhead position button. End Marker Time can also be edited manually if needed.

Step 5: Apply Blur

After making all the settings, tap on Apply blur to selected segment button. Blur effect will be added only on the segment selected by you, the rest of the video will remain the same.

Step 6: Watch Video Preview

Now click on Play VIDEO PREVIEW button, and check the result.

Step 7: Export and Save Video

Now click on Export and save video button. Next, enter File name. Now select Export Quality as per your requirement. Available options:

  • Video Default (Keep original)
  • 144p (Very Low)
  • 240p(Low)
  • 480p (Medium)
  • 720p (High)
  • 1080p (Full HD)
  • Highest (High Bitrate) After selecting Quality, click on Save button. Your edited video will be saved in your file manager, in Downloads/tech assistant/video editor hub colder.
