PDF Manipulation Toolbox
Open the PDF Manipulation Toolbox and you land on a hub screen organized into six clear sections — Read, Create, Organise, Transform, Annotate & Protect, and Inspect & Extract — each grouping a handful of focused tools under a heading that tells you exactly what kind of job you're looking for. Rather than one overwhelming multi-purpose PDF editor, this toolbox deliberately splits every task into its own dedicated screen, each doing one job well: merging, splitting, cutting a range, reordering, deleting pages, converting to images, compressing, resizing, rotating, watermarking, locking or unlocking, and inspecting metadata.
Every tool in this toolbox follows the same dependable shape, so once you've learned one, the rest feel immediately familiar: pick a PDF (or, if you arrived here by sharing a file into the app directly, it's already waiting for you with a banner asking what you'd like to do with it), adjust a small set of clearly labeled options specific to that tool, choose or accept a suggested output file name, and tap a single action button to run it. When a PDF is password-protected, every tool recognizes this automatically and simply asks for the password before proceeding, rather than failing silently or confusingly.
When a job finishes, you're met with a consistent results screen regardless of which tool you used: a "Download" or "Save All" button for storing the result, "Share" or "Share All" for sending it elsewhere immediately, and — for single-file results — a "Read PDF" button that opens your new file directly in the PDF Reader, letting you confirm the outcome by listening to it right away. Every file this toolbox produces is saved into its own clearly named folder inside your device's Downloads, organized by tool, so your results never end up scattered or hard to find later.
The two Create tools, Images to PDF and Text to PDF, work slightly differently since they're building something new rather than reshaping something you already have, and each is covered in its own section below alongside the twelve reshaping tools.
